William Tomlinson ::
Bill has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Point
Park College. He has been a Realtor since 1986. Bill has
worked for numerous realty companies before coming to Shiring in
1994. Bill is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has the
experience to help first time buyers as well as the experienced
real estate investor. Bill is experienced with both
residential and commercial real estate.

Michael Schnars :: Mike grew up in Southern
California where he attended California State University of
Bakersfield and studied Computer Science. Mike served in the
U.S. Navy for 4 years. He has been with Shiring Realty as a
licensed salesperson since March 2006.

Lisa Patterson :: Lisa was born and raised in
East Pittsburgh and currently resides in North Versailles.
She has been married for 18 years to Johnny P and has 2 children
and 2 grandchildren. She has been a licensed Real Estate
Investor for 6 years and currently manages 16 of her own rental
properites. She has taken a course in Property Management
and recently worked 12 years in the retail window
manufacturing business.

Kathy Powell ::
Katherine married her high school sweetheart, Ralph in
1968 and raised their 3 children. In 1986 she earned her
Associates Degree in Biological Science, Deans List from Community
College of Allegheny County. Working as a licensed Diagnostic
Ultrasound Technician for 5 years. Katherine then joined Ralph in
his food brokerage business as an award winning sales associate.
The next 9 years were spent enjoying their 7 grandchildren. In
Dec.2005 Ralph became a partner at Shiring Realty and Katherine,
who was always fascinated by real estate from the first townhouse
they purchased to their recent purchases of investment properties,
decided to earn her real estate license receiving it in Dec. 2006.
Katherine is now ready to be YOUR realtor.
