Shiring Agency has been serving the Mon Valley since 1927.
Recently it has undergone a change of ownership with Jeff
Schnars, Jim Filia, and Ralph Powell taking over in
January of 2006. Jim Filia left on December 31st, 2008 to pursue other interests. At the new Shiring Realty we are
